          Using <span class="menu">File &gt; Save</span>
        </h3>
        <p>
          Saving a document in Acces is similar to saving a file in any desktop application. Save a document by using
          one of the following methods:
        </p>
        <ul>
          <li>In the toolbar, click the <span class="button">"Save the current document"</span> button <img class="icon" src="images/savebutton.png"></img>
          </li>
          <li>Choose <span class="menu">File &gt; Save</span>
          </li>
          <li>Use the <span class="key mac">Cmd+S</span><span class="key win">Ctrl+S</span> keyboard shortcut.
          </li>

        <p>
          By default, Acces4 will save documents in the last location where you opened or saved and Acces document. The
          first time you open or save a document, Acces4 defaults to <span class="win">My</span> Documents.

          If your want to save your document somewhere else, navigate to that location using the <span class="list">Look in</span> list.

          Using <span class="menu">File &gt; Save As</span>
        </h3>
        <p>
          <span class="menu">File &gt; Save As</span> allows you to save your changes without overwriting the original
          document. When you save your document using <span class="menu">File &gt; Save As</span>, give your document a
          new name or choose a different location as to not overwrite your original.

          <p>
            Using <span class="menu">File &gt; Save All</span> will save changes to all open documents that have been
            changed. If any new documents are opened, you will be prompted to name the document and select the location
            to where it will be saved.
