      Inserting Existing Directions
    </h3>
  <ol>
      <li>In the Document Tree, select the part in which you want to insert a Direction. <img class="screenshot-noshadow mac" src="images/documenttree.png"></img>

      <li>Choose <span class="menu">Insert &gt; Directions</span>. Alternately, you may right-click on the Part in the
      Document Tree and choose <span class="menu">Insert &gt; Directions</span> from the shortcut menu.

      <li>Scroll through the list to find the Direction you want to insert. To filter the list, type a word in the
      Filter field. For example, typing "add" into the Filter field will display all of the existing directions that

      <li>Use the <span class="list">Insert directions</span> list to tell Acces where to insert the Direction.

      <li>Click on the Direction, then on <span class="button">OK</span> to insert the Direction. Or, double-click on
      the Direction to insert it.

      Writing and Saving Your Own Directions
    </h3>
  <ol>
      <li>In the Document Tree, select the Part in which you want to insert a Direction. <img class="screenshot-noshadow mac" src="images/documenttree.png"></img>

      <li>Choose <span class="menu">Insert &gt; Directions</span>. Alternately, you may right-click on the Part in the
      Document Tree and choose <span class="menu">Insert &gt; Directions</span> from the shortcut menu.

      <li>Click on the <span class="tab">New</span> tab at the top of the Directions window. <img class="screenshot mac" src="images/directionsnew.png"></img>

      <li>Type the text for your Directions in the window. <img class="screenshot-noshadow mac" src="images/directionsnew2.png"></img>

      <li>If you want to save your new Direction for future use, select the option <span class="option">Save these
      directions to the "Existing" list</span>. The next time you insert a Direction, your Direction will be listed

      <li>Advanced users familiar with TeX language may select the option <span class="option">Treat direction text as
      TeX code</span> to apply advanced formatting to your directions. <img class="screenshot-noshadow mac" src="images/directionsnew4.png"></img>

      <li>Choose from the <span class="list">Insert directions</span> list to tell Acces where to insert the Direction.

      To quickly find user-created directions in the Existing list, click on the <b>Source</b> column heading to sort
      by Source. Clicking the column heading again will reverse the sort order.
