      In this article, you will learn how to create a test with the following format:

      This example has a set of directions for the entire test, followed by two passages. Then, two groups of problems
      follow, each with its own set of directions.

      For this guide, you will need a <a href="newdoc.xml" shape="rect">new</a> Acces document.
    </div>
  <ol>
      <li>Navigate the Database Browser to find the problems you want to insert.
      </li>
      <li>Insert a problem by double-clicking or by selecting it and pressing <span class="key">Enter</span>.
      </li>
      <li>When prompted, select the option <span class="option">"Add the problem and its associated passage"</span> and

      <li>Repeat the previous steps until you have added all of the necessary problems and passages.

          Because a part can have only one direction, you need to create a new part in order to insert another
          direction.
        </h3>Insert a new part after the current part using one of these methods:
        <ul>
          <li>Choose <span class="menu">Insert &gt; Part</span>
          </li>
          <li>Right-click on the white space below the last problem in the Documtent Tree and choose <span class="option">Add New Part</span> from the shortcut menu
          </li>
          <span class="win"><li>Use the keyboard shortcut <span class="key">Ctrl+Shift+P</span>

      <li>Drag the problems associated with the second set of directions into the second part.

      <li>Drag the parts containing the problems into the part containing the passages. This will create subparts
      within Part 1 that can have their own directions and format settings.

      <li>Select subpart 1 in the Document Tree and choose <span class="menu">Format &gt; Test/Wksh. Options</span>

      <li>Set <span class="option">Columns</span> to <b>2</b>
      </li>
      <li>Select <span class="option">Show directions</span> and <span class="option">at top of page</span>.

      <li>Select the radio button labeled <span class="option">Apply setting to current Part only</span>. 
      </li>
      <li>Repeat steps 11-14 for the remaining subparts
      </li>
      <li>Preview your document by choosing <span class="mac menu">File &gt; Print, then clicking Preview</span><span class="win"> <span class="menu">File &gt; Print Preview...</span> or use the keyboard
      shortcut <span class="key">Ctrl+R</span></span>
